Savannah has put 13 of her most favorite things in each box.

The Birthday Box colors are inspired by the four Lollipopa Princess Fairies. The Items included are: fashion accessories, novelty toys, stationery, bows, bracelets, lip balms, headbands, necklaces, activity pads, crayons, slime, squishies, and so much more!

The Seasonal Boxes are marketed as mystery boxes and include seasonally appropriate items.

Colors of items may vary. Items not appropriate for children under the age of 3 years old.

The Lollipopa Box is a currently not available as a subscription. Birthday Boxes are available for purchase year round and seasonal boxes are available every three months (March, June, September, December).

The seasonal boxes ship four time a year, based upon the following schedule.

Fall Box: Ships September 1st - November 30th

Winter Box: Ships December 1st - February 28th

Spring Box: Ships March 1st - May 31st

Summer Box: Ships June 1st - August 31st

All boxes are shipped while supplies last.

We currently ship to the USA. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping is free within the continental U.S. 

Once your box is dispatched via USPS, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number. At that point, your box will arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

We do not sell a recurring product subscription at this time.

All orders are processed in U.S. dollars.

In order to change your credit card info, log into your account, click Manage Subscriptions > then Billing Information > click on Edit Card.

Log in, click on  My Account Icon > click on Manage Subscriptions > Select Edit on your current subscription, and you will be able to update your billing and shipping addresses.

To avoid having your package lost, please make your updates before the following dates:

Spring Box: March 1st

Summer Box: June 1st

Fall Box: September 1st

Winter Box: November 1st

We put a lot of thought into designing our boxes to make sure they are visually appealing. Please keep in mind the box is primarily for shipping and is designed to protect what’s inside. We do not offer replacements for any damaged box.

Parent permission required. Younger BFFers require adult supervision. Correspondences between girls are sent at random. For privacy purposes, please do not write your last name, address, telephone number or other personal and sensitive information on the notecard. To receive a letter through Mail, you must write a letter. Receipt of the letter enrolls you into the program. Letters must be postmarked by the 15th of the month prior to the start of the new season to be included in the next seasons box. The season schedule is as followed: for Spring Box, must be postmarked by February 15th; for Summer Box, must be postmarked by May 15th; for Fall Box, must be postmarked by August 15th; for Winter Box, must be postmarked by November 15th.
